Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a senior commercial leader to accelerate our Media growth in Denmark. As Head of Growth, Media, you will build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.

You will be one of the key faces of DEPT® in the Danish market, shaping the industry perspective and forging senior-level partnerships with ambitious brands, while collaborating with the Denmark leadership to align across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in new business, growth or commercial leadership within a digital media or integrated agency.
• Strong network within the Copenhagen media, marketing and advertising ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and converting pitches into long-term client relationships.
• Understanding modern digital media and leadership at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the new business pipeline for DEPT's Media business in Denmark.
• Identify, develop and convert opportunities with Danish brands.
• Lead major Media pitches from first conversation through to conversion.
• Build senior relationships with prospective clients and become a trusted advisor.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolio and create growth plans.
• Link client challenges to DEPT capabilities across Creative, Experience, Commerce, CRM, Data & AI, and Technology.
• Collaborate with Head of Clients and Head of Growth, Experience to drive a unified Denmark agenda.
• Lead, coach and develop the Danish Media Growth team.
• Build relationships with media partners and the Danish marketing ecosystem.
• Represent DEPT at industry events and client sessions.
• Bring market intelligence to sharpen our proposition for client needs.
