• Commercial mindset with ability to challenge approaches based on solid analysis.
• Experience in training and coaching colleagues to develop capabilities.
• Ability to influence decision-making with clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Project management expertise including planning, problem-solving, and business case preparation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; professional presentation skills.
