Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in performance/portfolio management and reporting.
• Master’s degree in business, engineering, data/analytics, life science, technology or equivalent.
• Strong Power BI experience: data modelling and dashboards.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance management framework and KPI matrix.
• Design and build Power BI data model, dashboards and reporting logic.
• Create integrated portfolio view of milestones, cost, risk and value.
• Turn complex data into insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, R&D and IVS stakeholders for analytics.
• Develop value realization tracking and impact delivery.
• Support portfolio scenario design and decision prep.
• Apply BI/AI/data analytics to improve reporting quality.
