Job summary
Novo Nordisk in Søborg, Denmark, seeks a Product Analytics Manager to partner with Product Leaders across our R&D digital portfolio. You will define product health views, translate signals into portfolio insights, and create leadership-ready dashboards with AI-assisted insights.
You will connect data sources across digital adoption platforms, product telemetry, BI, and process intelligence, supporting governance and ensuring insights drive decisions about investment and improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree and six years of relevant experience in digital product analytics or product operations.
- Hands-on experience interpreting adoption, behavioral, workflow, or telemetry data.
- Experience presenting data through BI tools and dashboards such as Pendo.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product health views for priority digital products.
- Translate signals into portfolio insights to show outcomes.
- Define representation of product health in leadership discussions.
- Connect product analytics with workflow outcomes to show operational impact.
- Create leadership-ready dashboards and AI-supported insights.
