Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark, seeks an Advanced Automation Professional to own automation solutions across their lifecycle, ensuring reliability, compliance and future readiness for critical manufacturing processes.

You will work with PLC, SCADA, historian systems and industrial infrastructure, applying hands-on expertise on Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson, AVEVA and related platforms to drive improvements across production and quality functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least five years of experience with industrial automation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own automation solutions across their lifecycle and drive improvements.
• Design, implement and improve PLC, SCADA, historian and control system infrastructures.
• Lead lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations, and obsolescence management.
• Provide troubleshooting support and participate in deviations and CAPAs.
