Job summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an experienced AIFMD subject matter expert to provide operational support for recurring AIFMD / Annex IV regulatory reporting and to analyse regulatory changes relating to AIFMD II (AIFMD 2.0). The role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely and compliant reporting while enhancing processes, controls and governance across Compliance, Operations, Risk, Data and IT functions.

Qualifications

• Strong AIFMD subject matter expertise.
• Proven experience with AIFMD / Annex IV reporting.
• Experience in regulatory change analysis and implementation.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting processes, data flows and governance.
• Ability to identify risks, gaps and dependencies.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing operational support for AIFMD / Annex IV reporting, ensuring timely, complete and accurate submissions.
• Review and assess existing AIFMD reporting processes, data flows, controls and governance.
• Analyse upcoming AIFMD II regulatory requirements and their impact on processes.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future requirements including process, data and controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business, operational, data and technology requirements.
• Support implementation of changes to processes, controls and reporting methodologies.
• Identify risks, issues, gaps, dependencies and implementation considerations.
• Provide SME guidance to Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Data, IT and Fund Administration.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures and reporting materials.
• Prepare clear management updates and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
