Job summary

Belmont Lavan seeks an experienced AIFMD subject matter expert to provide operational support for recurring AIFMD / Annex IV reporting and to analyze regulatory changes related to AIFMD II. You will ensure accurate, timely submissions while strengthening governance and controls across Compliance, Operations, Legal and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Strong AIFMD subject matter expertise with a solid understanding of the regulatory framework.
• Proven experience working with AIFMD / Annex IV regulatory reporting.
• Experience in regulatory change analysis, impact assessment and implementation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting processes, data flows, controls and governance.
• Demonstrable ability to identify and articulate risks, gaps, issues and dependencies.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical business, operational, data and technology requirements.
• Proven ability to work across Compliance, Operations, Risk, Legal, Data, IT and Fund Administration.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a regulatory change environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing operational support for AIFMD / Annex IV reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Review and assess existing AIFMD reporting processes, data flows, controls and ownership models.
• Analyse upcoming AIFMD II / AIFMD 2.0 requirements and their impact on current processes.
• Identify gaps between current-state capabilities and future regulatory requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business, data and technology needs.
• Support changes to processes, controls, reporting methodologies and documentation.
• Identify risks and dependencies and provide guidance to stakeholders across functions.
• Maintain process documentation, procedures and regulatory reporting materials.
• Prepare management-ready status updates and handover to internal teams.
