Job summary

emagine is seeking a consultant to support on AIFMD reporting obligations for a financial client. The role covers operational AIFMD/Annex IV reporting and regulatory change analysis toward AIFMD II. The engagement focuses on compliance and operational resilience amid evolving rules.

The assignment lasts 3 months with potential extension, aligned with mid-market rates; collaboration with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Data and Fund Administration is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely, complete and accurate AIFMD reporting during the engagement period.
• Assess current AIFMD reporting processes, data flows, controls, and ownership, identifying gaps between current-state processes and upcoming AIFMD II requirements.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical business, data, system and control requirements.
• Support implementation of required process, control and documentation changes.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Data, IT and Fund Administration.
• Prepare knowledge transfer and handover materials before the end of the engagement.

For one of our financial clients we are seeking a consultant to support on an assignment related to its AIFMD reporting obligations, which encompasses both operational support for recurring AIFMD / Annex IV reporting processes and regulatory change analysis and implementation support regarding upcoming changes under AIFMD II / AIFMD 2.0. The role is crucial to ensure compliance and operational resilience amid evolving regulatory landscapes.
