Job summary

The Senior Digital Enablement Manager in Billund will sit within the Transition & Portfolio Office, helping colleagues adopt digital end-user tools, stay aligned with standards, and reduce repetitive tasks.

You will build a digital enablement community, shape governance, develop training for Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate, and partner with super users to foster productive experimentation within our 700-person organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience using Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate or similar digital tools.
• Experience delivering training and adoption programs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Launch a digital enablement community to accelerate AI and productivity tool adoption.
• Shape governance, guidance and standards for end-user technology use.
• Develop training programs for Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate and other no-code/low-code tools.
• Partner with super users to share knowledge and improve workflows.
• Run engagement activities to inspire new approaches to productivity.
• Facilitate super user forums and feedback loops across the organization.
• Assess opportunities and usage patterns to create safe, value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to distinguish end-user experiments from formal products.
