Job summary

Embankment is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own meaningful parts of our core B2B platform used by internal service teams and external fund managers across Europe. You will work with engineering, design, operations, customers, and leadership to understand business problems and shape technology solutions.

You will drive AI-native product development, define priorities, and measure outcomes, while keeping teams focused on high-impact problems and delivering value quickly.

Qualifications

• Experienced Product Manager who enjoys turning difficult business problems into measurable impact.
• Comfortable stepping into undefined problems and creating clarity as you go.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership.
• Curious about AI-enabled product development and practical deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own significant product areas from problem definition through production impact.
• Turn ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product direction.
• Develop deep understanding of users, workflows, and the domain.
• Set priorities and make trade-offs between customer value, impact, complexity, and speed.
• Decide what not to build and keep teams focused on top problems.
• Define success using data and real-world usage to evaluate outcomes.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Work with engineering and design to shape solutions, not just hand over requirements.
• Break large problems into small increments delivering value and learning.
• Get products in front of users quickly and improve from usage feedback.
• Stay close to customers and the service organization via observation and data.
• Maintain visible priorities and progress for teams and stakeholders.
• Embrace AI-native approaches and shape how agents and humans collaborate.
