Job summary

Oscar, a Denmark-based AI-native fintech platform, is hiring a Product Engineer to build the platform from the inside out. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fullstack experience with Python and TypeScript.
• PostgreSQL proficiency; Supabase a plus.
• Experience with AWS and Vercel; AI tooling familiarity (LangChain, MCP) required.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end from DB/API to client-facing interfaces.
• Develop and extend AI tooling powering an AI-enabled Order Management System.
• Make infra decisions across AWS and Vercel to support scale and reliability.

Job description

An AI-native fintech platform headquartered in Denmark, building the leading technology infrastructure for private market secondary transactions - Dark Pools, IOI matching, and AI-powered Order Management Systems. Institutional clients include some of the most prominent names in pre-IPO tech. Profitable, with a compounding pipeline, now building the team to match.

The Opportunity

A Product Engineer role to help build the platform from the inside out - fullstack across the core platform and AI infrastructure, with direct exposure to the founding team and real influence over direction. You'll ship features from database and API work through to client-facing interfaces, build and extend AI tooling (LangChain, MCP, agents, retrieval) powering an AI-enabled Order Management System, and own infrastructure decisions across AWS and Vercel.

Hard requirement: candidates must have direct experience with private-market or secondary-market platforms. Institutional-market experience strongly preferred over general fintech.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years fullstack experience with Python and TypeScript
• PostgreSQL proficiency (Supabase a plus)
• Working knowledge of AWS, Vercel, and AI tooling (LangChain, MCP)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong product instincts, startup mindset
