Job summary

Embankment in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own meaningful parts of our core B2B platform used by internal service teams and external fund managers across Europe.

You will work with engineering, design, operations, customers, and leadership to understand how the business works, identify problems worth solving, and decide where technology can create impact. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role.

Responsibilities

• Own significant product areas from problem definition through production impact.
• Turn ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product direction.
• Develop a deep understanding of users, workflows, and the domain rather than relying only on requirements.
• Set priorities and make thoughtful trade-offs between customer value, business impact, complexity, and speed.
• Decide what not to build and keep teams focused on the most important problems.
• Define what success looks like and use data, feedback, and real-world usage to evaluate whether we achieved it.
