Job summary

Koda Tech, a Copenhagen-based Data & AI consultancy, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its expanding team. You will work with clients to turn complex data into production-ready AI and data solutions across pharma, public sector, B2B tech and non-profits.

They want engineers who go beyond basic integrations and tackle self-hosted LLMs, agentic AI and secure enterprise AI deployment, using Python, Azure and modern tooling. Fluency in Danish is required.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional AI, Data or Software Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into production.
• Experience with self-hosted LLMs or on-premise AI would be a major advantage.
• Strong Azure AI experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI agents / agentic development is a significant plus.
• Previous consultancy or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable taking ownership and solving complex customer problems.
• Fluent Danish is required.
• Ideally based in or around Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Building solutions using LLMs, RAG and AI agents.
• Deploying self-hosted / on-premise LLMs.
• Developing secure and traceable agentic AI and coding workflows.
• Working with Python, Azure and modern AI/data tooling.
• Taking customer problems from initial discovery through architecture and implementation.
• Working directly with customers across multiple industries.
• Helping shape technical approaches within a small, highly experienced team.
