Job summary

Koda Tech, a Copenhagen-based Data & AI consultancy, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its expanding team. You will work with clients to turn complex data into production-ready AI and data solutions across pharma, public sector, B2B tech and non-profits.

They want engineers who go beyond basic integrations and tackle self-hosted LLMs, agentic AI and secure enterprise AI deployment, using Python, Azure and modern tooling. Fluency in Danish is required.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional AI, Data or Software Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into production.
• Experience with self-hosted LLMs or on-premise AI would be a major advantage.
• Strong Azure AI experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI agents / agentic development is a significant plus.
• Previous consultancy or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable taking ownership and solving complex customer problems.
• Fluent Danish is required.
• Ideally based in or around Copenhagen.

They work directly with organisations to turn complex, fragmented data into production-ready AI and data solutions, with current projects spanning pharmaceuticals, the Danish public sector, specialist B2B technology and non-profit organisations.

They're particularly interested in engineers who want to work beyond basic AI integrations and tackle areas such as self-hosted LLMs, agentic AI and secure enterprise AI deployment.

This is a small and growing consultancy where you'll have considerably more influence than you would within a large corporate environment.

You'll work across different customer environments, solve real-world AI problems and have the opportunity to help shape how the company approaches emerging areas such as private LLM deployment and secure agentic development.

For the right person, there may also be the potential for longer-term progression within the business, including a possible future partner route.

Package

65,000–75,000 DKK/month, depending on experience and overall fit
