Job summary

Twoday is seeking an AI Engineer to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark, focusing on LLM-based applications that run on-premise for a Danish public-sector client. You will work across development and operations to deliver secure, production-ready AI services and guardrails.

The role emphasizes practical experience with production LLMs, Python, and RAG workflows, with strong emphasis on security, monitoring and on-site collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-ready LLM solutions.
• Strong Python skills and experience with relevant LLM frameworks.
• Experience with RAG, prompt design and structured outputs.
• Knowledge of local or self-hosted models and inference infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, APIs and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Developing and integrating LLM-based applications and agents.
• Deploying and operating LLM models in on-premise environments.
• Building RAG solutions, structured workflows and validation layers.
• Improving model reliability through guardrails, testing and monitoring.
• Integrating AI services with existing applications and APIs.
• Working with sensitive data and high security/traceability requirements.
