Job summary

GetWhy is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI team. You will own the full ML lifecycle—from data annotation to model training, validation and deployment—across projects that apply NLP and LLMs to real-world challenges.

You'll build scalable AI features, conduct rigorous experiments, refine prompts, and collaborate with researchers, engineers and product teams. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building ML or NLP systems.
• Proficiency in Python and production-grade code.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills.
• Experience evaluating LLMs, dealing with hallucinations and context management.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features using LLMs at scale.
• Research, prototype, and deploy NLP/ML models.
• Design and conduct rigorous experiments to improve accuracy.
• Refine prompts and tune hyper-parameters for retrieval and generation.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams.
