Job summary

Columbus is hiring three senior AI engineers to build the next generation of AI-powered systems for enterprise clients in the Nordics and beyond. You will work directly with the VP Group AI to design, implement, and scale production AI systems on the Microsoft platform.

This is hands-on engineering at enterprise scale with no layers or committees. You will contribute across AI application, automation/integration, and infrastructure, focusing on reliable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying LLM-powered applications.
• Strong understanding of context windows and cost optimisation.
• Proven ability to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems.
• Ability to design multi-agent architectures with collaboration.
