Job summary

Wrist is building a dedicated AI capability within Group Digital. As an AI Engineer, you will shape how AI integrates into software development, enterprise systems, and business processes.

You will work closely with developers, architects and stakeholders to turn AI ideas into reliable, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will influence technical direction, participate in prototyping, and help define the AI platform and governance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant technical experience in software development or data science.
• Experience building solutions that leverage AI rather than only using AI tools.
• Curious, self-driven, able to identify opportunities rather than waiting for defined use cases.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, integrations and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for software development and business processes with developers across Group Digital.
• Help define the AI platform, architecture, and technology choices for Group Digital.
• Evaluate models, frameworks, and tools against business and technical needs.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, secure, and governed within established frameworks.
• Apply AI across the software development lifecycle: specification, development, testing, documentation, release.
• Act as a senior technical sparring partner for the AI team and other architects.
