Wrist is seeking an AI Engineer to build and advance AI across Group Digital, shaping platforms, governance, and real-world agentic solutions. You will work with developers, architects and stakeholders to turn AI opportunities into enterprise-ready results.

You will help define architecture, evaluate models and tools, and ensure security and compliance in production. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on prototyping in a collaborative team lasting through development cycles.

Formación

• Strong background in software development or data science.
• Experience building solutions with LLMs or AI agents.
• Ability to understand how models, agents, data, tools, and enterprise systems fit together.
• Familiarity with data security, governance and risk when AI is introduced into business processes.
• Experience with Python and AI agent orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for software development and business processes.
• Help define the AI platform, architecture, and technology choices for Group Digital.
• Take part in evaluating models, frameworks, and tools against business and technical needs.
• Help ensure AI solutions are reliable and secure, and work within governance.
• Apply AI throughout the software development lifecycle, including specification, development, testing, and release.
• Be a senior technical sparring partner in the AI team and for other developers/architects.
• The role combines technical direction, architecture, and hands-on implementation.
