Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking a Senior AI Specialist to translate AI and automation ambitions into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value across the organisation. Based at our Global Headquarters in Esbjerg, you will work hands-on with stakeholders to identify opportunities, design end-to-end solutions and drive adoption with governance and responsible AI practices.

Travel about 20 days/year, no people management.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience working with AI, automation or digital transformation.
• Strong experience with AI tools, process excellence, and solution design.
• Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess AI opportunities with the business and contribute to use case prioritisation and business cases.
• Apply governance and responsible AI practices to initiatives and track measurable benefits.
• Analyse end-to-end processes, design AI/automation solutions and work with delivery teams to implement and scale them.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders and translate requirements into build-ready solutions.
• Contribute to standards, playbooks and platform evaluations, and collaborate with vendors on delivery.
• Support adoption through hands-on training and guidance on Copilot, agents and similar tools.
