Job summary

Danske Commodities is building its AI Enablement team to shape AI adoption and transformation across the company. You will work with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and drive value from automation and process redesign within our energy trading context.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and pragmatic execution to deliver measurable business outcomes through AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant educational background within business administration, innovation or similar.
• Have experience within business automation and transformation.
• Possess solid process analysis, modelling, and value stream mapping skills.
• Understand AI technologies and their business application.
• Have experience engaging with experts and senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Here's what the job entails

You'll help shape the future of AI at Danske Commodities by identifying and transforming the business processes where AI can create the greatest impact.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• leading analysis and redesign of business processes and value chains to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation and automation
• working closely with business leaders to develop business cases, define success criteria, and measure value delivered through AI initiatives
• facilitating workshops, value stream mapping, and process analysis activities across business and technology domains
• together with the AI enablement team, challenging existing workflow processes and identifying opportunities to innovate, simplify, improve, scale, or discontinue activities through AI-enabled ways of working
• supporting implementation and embedding of AI solutions, ensuring adoption, behavioral change, and documented business outcomes

You will join our newly established AI Enablement team, where we drive AI adoption and AI-enabled transformation across Danske Commodities and build the skills, communities, and ways of working that enable this. We work closely with leaders and business experts to redesign critical business processes and turn AI opportunities into measurable business value.

We are a team of senior specialists with various backgrounds, and we have shared passion for transformation, AI and business value creation. We are social, curious and innovative and enjoy challenging existing ways of working and exploring new opportunities together.
