Job summary

Nordea is seeking an experienced Expert Agentic Business Engineer to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions in Asset & Wealth Management. You will translate business needs into production-ready services in a regulated banking environment.

You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with Private Banking and IT teams, and build governance-aware AI patterns that scale while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on agentic AI experience including designing and building agent workflows (planner–executor, tool calling, multi-agent).
• Strong LLM operations mindset: test sets, evals, latency, cost, safety.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from idea to production with measurable outcomes.
• Build agentic AI applications with enterprise tooling and APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders end-to-end to ensure scalable value.
• Engineer governance and safety patterns for regulated environments.
• Enable reuse and scale with reusable patterns and components.
• Operate and improve agent behavior in production with iterative feedback.
