Immense Group is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our sportsbook and casino affiliate partnerships. You will manage high-value partners, optimize campaigns, and drive sustainable revenue in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires strong relationship-building, analytical skills, and experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid arrangements. You will collaborate with Trading, CRM, and Marketing teams to capitalize on major sporting events and market

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming.
• Strong knowledge of Sportsbook and Casino products, betting markets, and player behavior.
• Proven track record of growing high-value affiliate partnerships.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid models.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop relationships with key affiliate partners across Sportsbook and Casino.
• Act as the primary contact for affiliate accounts and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct performance reviews and discuss growth opportunities with partners.
• Identify opportunities to maximize affiliate revenue and player acquisition.
