Job summary

Flatpay is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to lead our network of affiliates, publishers and lead generation partners across markets. You will negotiate deals, manage the funnel from lead to customer and drive profitable growth with data-backed decisions.

You will report to Head of Group Marketing, collaborate with creative, paid media and analytics teams, and enjoy autonomy to shape our affiliate program and channel strategy. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing with measurable results.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising affiliates, publishers and lead-gen partners across markets.
• Negotiate deals and terms that support profitable growth and sustainable partnerships.
• Optimize campaigns, placements and results with partners and analytics teams.
• Monitor the partner funnel from lead to booking and customer, weighing CAC against LTV.
• Set partnership roadmap, onboarding, tracking and commission validation and report channel performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, paid media and analytics to scale and improve outcomes.
