Job summary

Flatpay is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to grow our network of affiliates, publishers and lead generation partners across markets.

You will negotiate strong deals, manage the end-to-end partnership funnel, and drive profitability while building scalable processes. This is a group function with cross-functional collaboration and high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships.
• Strong negotiator with ability to secure profitable terms.
• Commercially aware, able to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Curious and data-driven, willing to challenge assumptions.
• Clear English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find new partners and build a pipeline across markets.
• Negotiate deals with pricing, commissions, and terms that drive growth.
• Turn good partners into great ones by setting expectations and optimising campaigns.
• Follow the lead journey from lead to booked meeting to customer; assess CAC vs LTV.
• Own the partner roadmap, onboarding, tracking and reporting of performance.
• Collaborate with analytics, sales and AI tools to improve speed and results.
