Job summary

Immense Group is seeking a Senior Product Compliance Coordinator to lead the operational compliance function within Product Operations. You will ensure games and activities align with regulatory requirements across brands and jurisdictions, and drive audit readiness.

You will coordinate regulatory documentation, certifications, and regulatory evidence, while collaborating with Legal & Compliance, DEVS, Projects, and external providers. A relocation package to Malta is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within the iGaming industry in Compliance, Product Operations, Certification Management, QA, or a similar operational role.
• Demonstrated experience managing regulatory documentation, certifications, audits, or compliance‑related processes.
• Good understanding of casino games, game certifications, regulated markets, and operational compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience developing or maintaining compliance documentation, SOPs, checklists, and regulatory procedures.
• Experience supporting or leading process improvement and operational governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational compliance function within Product Operations, ensuring all games and activities comply with regulatory requirements across brands and jurisdictions.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation with Compliance, DEVS, Projects, testing laboratories, and game providers.
• Maintain certification repositories, compliance trackers, regulatory evidence, and audit documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate operational implementation across Product Operations.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and following up on actions.
• Create and improve compliance procedures, SOPs, checklists, and regulatory documentation.
