Job summary

hummel is seeking a dedicated Finance professional to join the Finance Operations team in Aarhus. You will own core accounting processes end to end, from invoicing and vendor payments to reconciliations and VAT reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across markets.

You will contribute to the ongoing Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout and collaborate with partners to optimize administrative workflows while supporting overall financial control and performance.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting experience, ideally from an international company.
• Broad, hands-on experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and VAT.
• A track record of running accounting processes accurately and helping optimize and structure administrative workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Business Central is a big advantage
• You are confident working in Excel

Responsibilities

• Own accounts receivable end to end for specific markets.
• Handle service- and royalty invoicing and credit note process.
• Handle general ledger bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
• Process payments and other financial tasks related to vendors.
• VAT handling and reporting for several countries.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support.
• Contribute to the reimplementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central including Continia Products
