As part of our Accounting team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations and compliance across the organisation. This role combines technical accounting expertise with hands‑on execution and requires strong collaboration, problem‑solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end accounting processes, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the development of scalable solutions that support business growth.

You will also stay up to date with relevant regulations and legislation, including tax and VAT requirements, ensuring they are effectively implemented in day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver core accounting activities, ensuring high‑quality and timely outcomes
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on priorities and drive effective execution
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, as well as tax and VAT regulations
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and support the implementation of new requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
• Analyse financial data and insights to support decision‑making and track performance
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that support broader business objectives

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles; exposure to tax and VAT is an advantage
• Interest in regulatory developments and a willingness to stay updated on new legislation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work
• Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
