Job summary

Normal A/S is seeking an Accountant / Finance Assistant to join its dynamic Finance Department in Denmark. You will join a team of 23 and support growth by handling invoices, travel expense claims, inquiries, account reconciliations, intercompany costs, and various finance tasks.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English and/or Danish, has experience with bookkeeping, and is proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Navision/Business Central and Continia is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping is required.
• Good command of English and/or Danish, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Record invoices and process expense claims.
• Handle inquiries via email and phone.
• Reconcile accounts and contribute to monthly closing.
• Process intercompany costs.
• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks.
