Triband is seeking a Senior 3D Artist to help shape the environments for an ambitious new open-world project. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director to nail the look and feel, build and implement 3D assets in Unity, and craft immersive spaces that balance performance with visual storytelling.

You will work on a small to mid-sized team, contribute to the art pipeline, and adapt to an evolving style while keeping player experience at the core of every decision.

Qualifications

• Experience adapting to an existing art style.
• Experience working in engine environments (Unity preferred).
• Strong collaboration and proactive feedback in small to mid-sized teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and refine the 3D art style with the Art Director.
• Create 3D models and implement them in Unity.
• Build environment art with lighting and object placement to feel real.
• Develop LODs and optimize performance without sacrificing quality.
• Improve art pipelines balancing speed and creativity.
• Support art-related tasks across the project as needed.
