LEGO Group is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to translate retail marketing plans into activations across Nordic markets, ensuring consistent in-store presence and touchpoints across channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, and retail partners, handling campaigns, materials, and data-driven optimisations while leveraging a hybrid work setup with opportunities to learn and advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Able to take ownership, organise competing tasks and keep delivery moving when plans change.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable using Excel, Power BI, Copilot, or similar tools to analyse data.
• Team-oriented with ability to build relationships across stakeholders and functions.

• Strong business proficiency in English.
• Master’s Degree or similar educational background.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of retail campaigns, customer initiatives, and permanent in-store installations across Nordic markets.
• Partner with Trade Marketing Managers and Sales to keep campaign plans, materials and deadlines moving.
• Manage marketing materials from ordering through shipment, in-store execution, and tracking against plans.
• Analyse sales and marketing spend data, turning findings into clear recommendations for future activity.
• Support collaboration with Brand Marketing teams, Western European colleagues and external design and marketing suppliers.
