Job summary

Satair A/S, an Airbus Services company, is seeking an experienced SAP Subject Matter Expert to lead CRM and ERP configurations. You will own SAP CX Sales Cloud (C4C) and SAP SD within the AMS team, driving project delivery and ensuring seamless order intake.

You will bridge frontend CX strategies with backend ERP, coordinating with digital teams to support the Satair Market portal and ongoing SAP optimisations. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on functional SAP experience with CRM and ERP logistics.
• 3+ years configuring SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) and CRM lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure SAP Sales Cloud (CX) to deliver enhancements.
• Configure SAP SD processes and manage backend changes to ensure smooth order intake.
• Collaborate with digital teams to align backend data exchange for the Satair Market portal.
