Job summary

Satair, an Airbus Services company, seeks an Application Manager to own and evolve the SAP Commerce Cloud platform powering its global e-commerce. You will bridge business, product and tech, ensuring stability, performance and scalable growth.

The role centers on platform ownership, integrations with SAP S/4HANA and APIs, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. You will drive continuous improvements, operational excellence, and release processes to support Satair’s aviation

Qualifications

Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar enterprise platforms.
Background in application management, platform ownership or technical product support.
Understanding of digital customer journeys and modern e-commerce tech.
Knowledge of APIs, backend systems and cloud platforms.
Strong ability to bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
DevOps practices, environment management and release processes are a plus.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform from an AM perspective.
Ensure platform stability, performance and availability with continuous improvements.
Translate product vision into technical reality with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate external vendors and development partners for delivery.
Oversee releases, deployments and environment health.
Align with SAP S/4HANA, APIs and SAP BTP in the integration landscape.
Lead incident management and root cause analysis to maintain performance.
