Job summary

Satair - Copenhagen Office seeks an Application Manager to own and evolve the SAP Commerce Cloud platform, driving stability, performance, and continuous evolution. You will bridge Product Owners, front-end/back-end developers, and architecture to realize product vision.

In this role you’ll coordinate external vendors, manage releases, and ensure reliable integration with SAP S/4HANA, APIs, and SAP BTP, while supporting incident management and a high-performing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or comparable enterprise e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record in application management and platform ownership.
• Understanding of SAP CX suite is a plus.
• Ability to translate product vision into technical reality.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate SAP Commerce Cloud platform for stability and growth.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and availability.
• Bridge between Product Owners, developers and architecture.
• Coordinate external partners and vendors for high-quality delivery.
• Oversee releases, deployments and environment health.
• Align with SAP S/4HANA, APIs, and SAP BTP integration.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis.
