Job summary

Signify is seeking a dedicated Sales Support professional for a 12-month maternity cover to assist the sales organization with documentation, proposals, product information, and quotations. You will ensure high-quality materials and accurate data.

You will coordinate meetings, manage opportunities and tenders, and produce regular sales reports and KPI dashboards, while maintaining compliance and data in systems such as ICON, CPQ, SAP and C4C. Fluent Danish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, reporting, and data management.
• CRM certifications for Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics are advantageous.
• Structured, detail-oriented with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication across functions and stakeholders.
• Fluent Danish (written and spoken) is required.

More about the role

This is a 12-month maternity cover position . In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the sales organization. You will help ensure the efficient execution of sales activities, support customer-related processes, and contribute to reporting and follow-up on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales organization with customer documentation, proposal materials, product information, and quotation preparation. Ensure high quality, accuracy, and professional presentation of all materials.


• Coordinate internal and external meetings, sales reviews, and customer activities. Follow up on sales opportunities, tenders, and project documentation, ensuring timely updates to the sales team.


• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline overviews, and KPI dashboards. Ensure CRM and reporting systems contain accurate and up-to-date information on opportunities and sales performance.


• Coordinate collaboration between the sales department and other internal functions to ensure efficient and effective processes.


• Monitor customer inquiries, quotation activity, and response times. Identify trends and improvement opportunities, ensuring proactive follow-up by the sales team.


• Ensure that all sales documentation and communications comply with internal policies, compliance requirements, and audit guidelines. Handle confidential commercial information with a high level of integrity.


• In some cases, be responsible for maintaining accurate data in ICON, CPQ, SAP, and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), as well as any physical contract archives. Ensure the correct use of these systems and processes.


• In some cases, coordinate and manage customers' Due Diligence Processes (DDPs).

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role.


• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, reporting, and data management.


• Certification or demonstrated experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.


• Structured and detail-oriented with strong coordination and collaboration skills.


• Excellent communication skills and experience working across functions and with multiple stakeholders.


• Fluent Danish, both written and spoken, is required.
