Job summary

IKEA Denmark is seeking a Country Data Analyst for the Service Office in Taastrup. You will turn data into trusted insights, build strong data solutions, and enable better and faster decisions across the Danish organisation.

You will work closely with the Insights & Analytics team to turn business needs into data requirements, create reliable reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into action.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Developer or similar role.
• Skilled in SQL and Phython and comfortable with large datasets.
• Experience with data modelling, transformation and reporting structures.
• Experience with MS Fabric and Power BI for dashboards and automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for performance follow-up.
• Create data models, measures and datasets that are reliable and scalable.
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to identify patterns and business drivers.
• Collaborate with Insights Leaders to combine analytics with business understanding.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and analytical solutions.
• Improve data quality, definitions and documentation with Data Governance & Activation Leader.
• Explore AI-assisted ways to make analysis and reporting more efficient.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders with visual storytelling.
