Hobo Copenhagen is seeking an energetic Sales Coordinator to own the client journey from inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Hobo brand.
You will host site inspections, build tailored proposals, and collaborate with the F&B and operations teams to deliver unforgettable events and experiences. Fluency in English is required, and hospitality experience is valued.
We’re looking for an energetic and highly organized Sales Coordinator with a passion for hospitality, community, and building genuine connections. Opening in the first quarter of 2027, you will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success from day one. Are you a natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Someone who loves not just selling a space, but curating unforgettable events and experiences? Then keep reading.
Yes, Hobo Copenhagen will be a lifestyle hotel. But more importantly, it will be a community. A place where we live, work, create, learn, and have fun together. A space for the curious, the social, and the young at heart. Since day one, with our sister hotels in Stockholm, Helsinki and Oslo, Hobo has been about more than rooms, it's about experiences, culture, and connection. With our vibrant restaurant, bar, event spaces, and local footprints, we will be constantly evolving. Always in beta. Always moving. We live by three core values: professional, passionate, and playful — and we expect the same from you.
As our Sales Coordinator, you will own the entire client journey from start to finish. From the moment a client sends that very first inquiry, through the seamless execution of their event or stay, and right up until we welcome them back for their next one - you are their trusted partner and main point of contact. You aren't just processing bookings; you are building lasting relationships. Making this happen is a true team effort, and you will collaborate closely with the rest of the house to ensure every detail comes together and every touchpoint feels unmistakably Hobo.
