Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procurement, Finance, Source-to-Pay, technology or related areas with strong Procure-to-Pay knowledge.
• Experience implementing and scaling enterprise technology solutions including requirements, configuration, testing, releases and system integrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders and drive adoption across a global matrix organization.
• Strong focus on digitalization, automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives within Procurement across Procure-to-Pay processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Drive structured problem-solving for complex business and technology challenges, considering end-to-end impact of system changes.
• Develop deep hands-on understanding of S2P systems and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, simplification and automation.
• Promote global alignment of processes and system usage, ensuring effective integration across Coupa and SAP.
• Drive and independently manage implementations of technology solutions (e.g., Coupa, Rossum) and manage releases through testing and QA.
• Plan and execute complex digital projects, coordinating technical resources across internal functions and external partners.
