Job summary

VELUX is seeking an S&OP Specialist to join Global Planning – S&OP & Planning Excellence. You will consolidate market input, create scenarios, and prepare decision materials for senior management, aligning planning requirements with strategic objectives.

You will work across Sales, Supply, Purchasing and Finance to evaluate options, translate decisions into Master Planning inputs, and support a connected planning process. Hybrid work across Denmark, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning-related roles across demand, supply and financial priorities.
• Ability to translate data-based scenarios into clear visualisations for decision makers.
• Strong analytical capabilities with Excel and Power BI to support scenario trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate market input and prepare scenarios for senior management.
• Coordinate market input, sales uncertainties, campaigns, and allocation requirements.
• Plan Pre-S&OP meetings and prepare topics requiring decisions.
• Develop and evaluate scenarios with Sales, Supply, Purchasing, and Finance; outline trade-offs.
• Document decisions and translate them into inputs for Master Planning.
