Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Genesis I&A Consultant to provide onsite and remote consulting and educational initiatives for implementing Intuitive medical technology and best-practice reprocessing solutions. You will collaborate with hospital leaders and internal teams to launch and sustain da Vinci, Ion, and related programs with a focus on standardization and cost containment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent biomedical training.
• 5+ years of documented professional experience in healthcare/hospital management.
• National Certification preferred according to regional requirements.
• Detailed knowledge of regulations and guidance in reprocessing reusable medical devices (ISO, MDR).
• Experience with complex medical devices and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to varying groups.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 70%.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in Intuitive technology, I&A reprocessing and troubleshooting.
• Provide in person and/or remote consulting and educational services to deliver value to the customer.
• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders and internal teams to formulate and implement recommendations.
• Conduct Genesis I&A Consultant and educational initiatives with targeted customers.
• Support customer engagements with staff training, program readiness, standardization and efficiency improvements.
• Track progress and communicate status to customers on a schedule within recommendations.
