Job summary

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist for the IMEA region, based at our HQ in Copenhagen. You’ll develop and maintain retail standards, train partners, and support market launches across multiple territories.

You will coach franchisees, optimize staffing, and use KPI insights to drive performance. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic, international setting.

About the Role

As a Retail Operations Specialist in the IMEA (India Middle East, Africa), you will play a key role in supporting our global franchise retail business by developing, implementing, and maintaining retail operations standards, guidelines, manuals, and training materials.

You will work closely with franchise partners to ensure excellence in retail execution, operational consistency, and compliance with company standards. Through coaching, training, and ongoing support, you will help franchisees optimize performance, improve processes, and achieve their growth ambitions.

You will also support the launch of new retail markets and stores, ensure successful openings and build local capabilities for future expansion.

You will report to our Head of Retail Excellence IMEA and work from our HQ in Strandgade (København K).

As a natural coach and trusted partner, you are motivated by developing capabilities, driving operational excellence, and creating lasting impact across markets.
