Job summary

Truvio in Denmark seeks a Solution Architect to deliver scalable ecommerce solutions across the EMEA region, translating business objectives into technical architectures with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ERP integration.

You will lead client workshops, present solutions to business and technical stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure viable, innovative outcomes. The role includes guiding AI initiatives and supporting pre-sales with insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar advisory role in ecommerce or related sectors.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including architecture and integration.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices in relation to ERP systems.
• Experience in leading workshops and facilitating discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser to clients regarding our commerce solution architecture and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops with customers and ERP partners to identify business needs and align on solution strategies.
• Present solutions clearly and compellingly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation on solution architecture. Support pre-sales activities by providing insightful, business-focused solutions and estimates.
• Lead AI implementation across our delivery processes to enhance solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment and viability of solutions and successful project delivery.
• Define, estimate scope and document solution architecture aligning with both business requirements and technical feasibility as part of the project team delivering client implementations.
• Coordinate with ERP partners for coherent and integrated solutions, particularly those involving Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Stay current on ecommerce trends, platform capabilities, and Dynamics 365 F&O integration patterns.

Experience and qualifications
