Job summary

Hermès in Denmark is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize stock control, service quality and maintenance across the store. You will lead the back-of-house team, ensure stock accuracy between system and physical inventory, and oversee After-Sales activities.

You will coordinate store operations, manage a small team, work with store management and head office, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with local procedures while preserving the brand's luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of retail experience with strong store operations background.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock management and ensure perfect stock accuracy between system and physical inventories.
• Manage back-of-house teams for stock, sales, and service, and coordinate with store management.
• Lead maintenance, After-Sales activities, and the rollout of operational projects.
• Coordinate cash procedures and store administration in line with brand standards.
• Act as brand ambassador, ensuring high-quality customer service and guidelines on After Sales.
