Job summary

Hermès is seeking a Sales Associate in Denmark. You will be the client’s first impression of Hermès image, welcoming visitors with warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity, and you will adapt to each client’s needs across Hermès universes to deliver high-quality sales.

With at least 5 years in luxury retail, you will develop client relationships, inform about new products, handle inquiries, and contribute to a pleasant shopping environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant customer facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.
• Fluent Danish and English.
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and a real sense of empathy.
• Broad interest/knowledge in topics of general culture (Arts, Travel, Literature, News..).

Responsibilities

• Be the client’s first impression of Hermès image with warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service adapted to the culture and personality of each client and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
• Develop sales across all product universes, always keeping in mind the quality of products and the excellence of service Hermès wishes to give.
• Call on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships and to inform about new products and services.
• Identify and handle client enquiries and concerns.
