Job summary

Hermès in Copenhagen seeks a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand, delivering warm, elegant service and tailoring experiences to each guest. You will help cultivate client relationships across Hermès universes and ensure post-sale satisfaction in a luxury environment.

With 5+ years in luxury retail and fluency in Danish and English, you thrive in a culture of excellence, empathy, and teamwork, always going the extra mile to surprise and delight customers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant customer facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.
• A true passion for people & service.
• A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile.
• Fluent Danish and English.
• The ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy.

You focus on delivering high quality sales, developing strong client relationships, and delivering post-sale services.
