Job summary

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team in shaping the IT backbone of our retail stores. You will own POS health, network uptime, and device management, helping scale our store IT standards across multiple sites.

Based in Copenhagen HQ, you’ll work in a global environment with opportunities to grow into broader infrastructure ownership, collaborating with vendors and outsourced partners in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, systems, or field/site engineering.
• Experience with POS systems, retail hardware, or distributed store IT equipment.
• Network hardware administration experience; Cisco Meraki a plus.
• Familiarity with ITSM tooling for incidents and changes.
• Experience with RMM platforms such as Kaseya VSA X, Hexnode, etc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health, performance and availability of POS systems and in-store IT infrastructure.
• Escalation point for store-related infrastructure incidents.
• Plan and execute ongoing POS system refreshes including hardware rollout and configuration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment deployed in stores.
• Coordinate with staff, field engineers and vendors for maintenance and rollouts.
• Use RMM tooling for monitoring, patching and remote support across estate.
