Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer to diagnose and repair EPOS systems, self-checkouts, PCs, and peripherals. The role involves second-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, with travel across Denmark and occasional shifts. You will manage customer issues end-to-end, ensuring high satisfaction.

Candidate must have a full DK driving license, basic computer hardware knowledge, and experience with Windows OS. Training is provided; regional travel is expected within the country.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance.
• Basic network skillset.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor repairs and module replacements on EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, workstations and peripherals.
• Provide second-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks; ensure continuity of customer operations.
• Own customer problems or incidents until resolution per SLAs.
• Travel within assigned territory; may require shift work and lifting tool kit/parts.
