Job summary

SmartConnect Qatar is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Roskilde restaurant, including staff supervision, budgeting, customer service and inventory management.

You will develop strategies to increase revenue, train staff, ensure health and safety standards, manage schedules, and collaborate with the chef on menus while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with POS and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain supplies.
• Manage staff schedules and control labor costs.
