Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead based in Denmark who will lead PPC and Affiliate Managers in a fully remote role. You will own multi-channel growth strategies, optimize budgets, and improve campaign profitability across the marketing funnel while mentoring a distributed team.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of managing performance analytics, attribution integrity, and partner negotiations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• At least 1 year hands-on PPC management
• At least 1 year hands-on affiliate management
• 1 year leading or managing a growth or traffic team
• Strong data-driven mindset and experimentation
• Remote collaboration across distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers
• Develop and own multi-channel acquisition strategy
• Manage budgets, CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV
• Oversee PPC campaign optimization and affiliate partnerships
• Negotiate partnerships and expand traffic sources
• Forecast performance and produce weekly reports
• Ensure tracking integrity across GA4, Mixpanel and affiliates
• Identify and mitigate traffic quality issues and fraud
• Communicate results and risks to stakeholders
• Balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership
