Eurowind Energy A/S is seeking a Team Lead for Trading & Monitoring in Hobro, Denmark. You will lead five developers responsible for energy trading and monitoring platforms, guiding them to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes people management, team culture, and delivery frameworks over individual coding tasks. You will collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and architect, shaping how the team works within an international energy company.

Qualifications

• Several years of people management experience, ideally with developers.
• Experience conducting 1:1s, giving feedback and development conversations.
• Involvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Understanding of agile software delivery and how teams operate.

Responsibilities

• Lead five developers, set priorities, and drive development plans.
• Own team culture, wellbeing, and daily ways of working.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master and architect on planning and prioritisation.
• Recruit, onboard, and collaborate with HR and management on salary decisions.
• Identify and remove blockers and escalate risks as needed.
